How to manage your library account
Please note: by logging into your account, you will lose the details of any searches that you have performed prior to logging in.
If you have conducted a search and wish to request any items, please request them before logging in to your account.

Logging in to your account
You will need your library user ID and PIN to log in.
If you do not know your user ID and PIN, contact your local Trust library. You can find their details here.

Your account
Once logged in, you have a number of options:
Review My Account: to see the items that you have currently on loan, to check the status of requests that you have sent, and to see if you have any overdue items or fines.
Renew My Materials: to renew items that you have on loan. Please note, standard loan items can usually be renewed twice online, and short loan items only once.
If you cannot renew an item online, contact your local Trust library. They may be able to renew it for you if no other user has requested it.
You can also use the User PIN Change option to change your PIN to something more memorable, and the Change My Address option to send your new address details to your library.
